New Practice Direction for Provincial Offences Act Appeals

On January 1, 2020, a new Practice Direction will take effect that will replace the existing Practice Direction for Provincial Offences Act appeals. The new Practice Direction will allow for a basket consent order process. For those whose practice includes the prosecution and appeal of POA matters, this session will review the various forms, processes and benefits of the new procedure.
