The Honourable Geoffrey B. Morawetz, Chief Justice, Ontario Superior Court of Justice, had announced updated Guidelines to Determine the Mode of Proceeding in Civil, Family, Criminal and Small Claims Court, effective February 1, 2024, replacing the ones previously issued on April 19, 2022.
